In this role, you will assist customers with their banking-related inquiries through written communication channels. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries related to: Account information Debit/Credit card issues Loan inquiries and interest rates Provide accurate and timely information to customers via chat and email. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum of 1 year experience in customer support. Excellent written communication skills in English. Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
