Accounts Executive Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain vouchers, invoices, bills, and payment records

Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding balances

Prepare sales and purchase registers

Assist in GST returns, TDS workings, and statutory filings

Handle petty cash and day-to-day accounting entries

Support the Accountant in monthly closing activities

Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance

Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment clarifications
