This role is ideal for someone with experience in B2B marketing, particularly in MEP, HVAC, or construction, who can independently manage content calendars, coordinate across departments, and contribute to high-quality thought leadership content. Key Responsibilities: Platform Strategy & Campaign Management Own and grow our presence on LinkedIn and YouTube, while also managing Facebook and Instagram Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness Monitor and manage ad performance using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio, and Meta Ads Manager Content Calendar Planning & Coordination Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Product Managers, Engineers, etc.) to collect relevant product and technical insights Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, business priorities, and industry relevance Content & Visual Creation Use Canva (or similar tools) to design visually engaging static posts, infographics, and basic video snippets Support the visual consistency and design quality across all platforms Coordinate with external designers/agencies when needed for larger campaigns Ideation & Thought Leadership Conceptualize and pitch ideas for: Product explainer videos White papers and technical editorials LinkedIn articles and newsletters Podcasts or interview-based content with internal experts Work closely with content writers or technical teams to bring these ideas to life Analytics & Optimization Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, leads) and prepare monthly performance reports. Continuously optimize campaigns and content based on performance data. Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing, especially in LinkedIn and YouTube. Proven experience running paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn and YouTube; Meta Ads experience is also valuable. Prior experience in B2B marketing, ideally within MEP, HVAC, or construction sectors. Strong organizational skills to manage calendars and coordinate across departments.
