Position: Telecaller Executive

Openings: Multiple (Male & Female – Freshers and Experienced)

Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Hindi

Preference: Male candidates preferred

Salary:

• Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month
• Experienced: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000/month
• Incentives: Attractive incentive structure based on performance

Job Role:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Clearly explain products and services in Hindi
• Convince and convert leads into sales
• Resolve customer queries politely and effectively
• Keep proper records of calls and conversions
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets

Eligibility:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass
• Age: 18 to 30 years
• Fresher or experienced – both can apply
• Must have good communication skills in Hindi

Skills Required:

• Confident speaking in Hindi
• Good persuasion and listening skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to handle customer objections
