Inbound Call Handling: Answering incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries, and providing support. Product/Service Information: Providing detailed information about the company's offerings to customers. Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and gathering necessary information to qualify them for further sales efforts. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers through effective communication. Sales Support: Assisting in the sales process by providing information and answering customer questions. Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback on products, services, or the overall customer experience. Complaint Handling: Addressing customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary. Database Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and information. Meeting Sales Targets: Working towards achieving individual and team sales targets. Following Scripts and Procedures: Adhering to established call scripts and company procedures. Language Proficiency: Ensuring clear and effective communication in Hindi. Basic Computer Skills: Utilizing computer systems and software to manage calls and customer information. Payment Reminders: Calling customers to remind them of due payments and providing information on payment channels. Appointment Setting: Scheduling appointments for field collection teams or other relevant departments.
