Hindi Teacher PRT / TRT

Recruitment for the post- HINDI TEACHER PRT/ TRT

• Experience - Min 3 years
• Qualification - B.Ed Preferably .
• Job Location - Mandideep( on site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Hindi subject to students at the Primary / Upper Primary level (as per grade allocation).
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments in line with curriculum guidelines.
• Foster reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in Hindi.
• Encourage students to develop interest and confidence in Hindi through activities like storytelling, poetry recitation, debates, drama, and creative writing.
• Evaluate student progress through classwork, assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Maintain discipline, a safe classroom environment, and positive teacher-student relationships.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
• Participate in school events, co-curricular activities, and staff meetings.
• Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and integrate technology into classroom teaching.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification:
• Graduation in Hindi with B.Ed (MANDATORY) equivalent teaching qualification.
• For TRT (Trained Teacher), TET/CTET qualified is mandatory (as per government rules).

Candidate Preference :

• Only Female Candidates may apply
• Strong command over Hindi language and grammar.
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
• Classroom management and student engagement skills.
