Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Plan and prepare lessons for secondary classes, ensuring effective communication of subject matter to students. Deliver engaging lectures, using various teaching methods and resources to meet diverse learning needs. Assess student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records of attendance and grades. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, assess program effectiveness, and improve instructional practices. Participate in school events, parent conferences, and other activities as required by the institution. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree (B.A) or Master's degree (M.A.) in relevant subject area from a recognized university. 0-2 years of experience as a teacher or instructor; preference given to those with prior teaching experience. Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt teaching style according to classroom dynamics. Strong knowledge of Bed (Basic Education Development) principles and TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) guidelines.
