Role Overview: As a faculty member at Gyan Sagar Institute in Chandigarh, you will be responsible for teaching UGC NET (Hindi or Punjabi) and other teaching exams like CTET, PSTET, HTET. Your role will involve effectively mentoring and guiding students in both online and offline formats to excel in their respective subjects. Key Responsibilities: - Teach UGC NET (Hindi or Punjabi) subjects and pedagogy efficiently through online and offline modes. - Prepare students for various teaching exams such as CTET, PSTET, HTET by delivering high-quality study material, test series, and classroom content. - Evaluate student performance, offer regular feedback, and provide necessary guidance for improvement. - Keep abreast of exam patterns, syllabus changes, and current trends to ensure students are well-prepared. Qualification Required: - Must hold a Postgraduate degree in Hindi or Punjabi from a recognized university. - UGC NET qualification is preferred. - Previous teaching or coaching experience for competitive exams will be advantageous. - Proficiency in the subject matter and effective teaching skills are essential. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role.
