Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate female TGT Hindi teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Hindi language and literature to students in middle and secondary school, fostering a love for the subject, and contributing to the overall academic growth of the students.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective Hindi lessons in alignment with the CBSE/ICSE curriculum (or relevant board).
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assignments.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and examinations.
• Encourage students to participate in co-curricular activities such as debates, elocution, drama, and poetry recitation in Hindi.
• Maintain an organized and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Provide academic support and guidance to students as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
• Collaborate with other subject teachers and staff for interdisciplinary teaching.
• Stay updated with new teaching methodologies and educational technologies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi (Honours/Pass) from a recognized university.
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools, digital classrooms, and blended learning approaches.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) with Hindi as a teaching subject.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputed school preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken Hindi and English.
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
