Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns. Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or services.
