Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Chef located in Dhanaulti. The Head Chef will be responsible for menu planning, preparing meals, overseeing kitchen staff, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food quality and presentation. Additional duties include managing food inventory, ordering supplies, and adhering to health and safety regulations. Qualifications Experience in menu planning and meal preparation Strong leadership skills and ability to manage kitchen staff Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen Proficiency in managing food inventory and ordering supplies Excellent culinary skills and creativity in food presentation Excellent communication and organizational skills Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus
