I initially paid for 2 rooms and an extra night. I was told because I am cancelling in advance that I would be entitled my refund (January 2025). We are now in March and the finance team at the hotel continue to ignore my emails and I still have not received my refund. Absolutely poor customer service and no sense of curtesy.
