Roles and Responsibilities Plan and design highway projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers on highway design principles and best practices. Desired Candidate Profile: 7-12 years of experience in highway engineering or relevant experience in highway design and project planning. Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Transportation/Highway Engineering is a plus). Strong knowledge of highway design software such as CAD, MicroStation, etc., as well as MS Office applications.
