Role & responsibilities

JOB LOCATION

• We are looking for Candidates well experienced in Formation works ( GSB, Wet mix and BT works) Culvert and Storm water drainage works.
• Only the candidates with the above mentioned experience can apply.
• We are looking for a candidate for government construction projects in and around Tamilnadu and karnataka.
• The Candidate should have the experience of leading the team and completing the Road project (either in government or Private sector ) worth 50 crores.
• Should plan for day to day work plan and assign daily works to site engineers .
• Should able to complete the project in stipulated time.
• Daily monitor of contract labour appointed , against the labour cost and sub contractor measurement bills.
• should have the ability to engage labour teams whichever needed in site.
• Coordinate with the client (government department)& Sub-contractors bill preparations and checking work quality, bill submission to organization.
• Motivating team members and guiding in a positive approach and encourage them for smart work and peaceful work.

Preferred candidate profile

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• In road work projects either State Highways or NH projects : 3 years (Required)
