We are currently looking for a committed and enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer to become part of our team and contribute to the holistic development of our students. As a Soft Skills Trainer, your responsibilities will include planning and delivering engaging lessons in alignment with curriculum standards, assessing student progress and adjusting teaching strategies as needed, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, maintaining regular communication with students, parents, and colleagues, participating in professional development activities, and keeping accurate records of student attendance and performance. To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, a valid teaching certification or license, a strong understanding of the subject matter and effective teaching methods, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for working with students and supporting their academic growth.
