As a Sales Representative for our US-based clients, your main responsibility will be handling inbound sales calls with professionalism and clarity. You will need to effectively pitch our services over the phone and close sales while maintaining a daily call volume of 100+ calls with consistency and energy. Addressing customer objections confidently and converting leads into clients will be crucial, along with tracking and meeting individual sales targets regularly. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a voice process role, with exposure to stockbroking or financial services being a strong advantage. Prior experience in BPO/call centre environments is preferred, along with a proven track record of sales achievements and high call throughput. A graduate degree in any discipline is required, and formal training in communication or sales will be a plus. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent verbal communication skills in English, strong client handling and relationship-building abilities, and sales acumen to close deals and generate revenue. You should be willing to work during night shifts and adapt to US time zone requirements, demonstrating high motivation, discipline, and resilience in a high-call-volume setting. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The shift availability is overnight, and the work location is in person.
