We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with hands-on experience in the installation and configuration of networking equipment . The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying routers, switches, and other network devices at client sites, performing on-site configuration, testing connectivity, and ensuring successful integration into existing infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Install, rack-mount, and cable network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points Configure network hardware (e.g., IP addressing, VLANs, routing protocols, NAT, ACLs) Perform system validation, connectivity testing, and troubleshooting post-installation Collaborate with remote teams for guided configurations when necessary Read and follow network diagrams, deployment plans, and installation guides Maintain detailed documentation of installation work and configuration changes Escalate issues as needed and provide regular status updates Adhere to project timelines and customer requirements Ensure compliance with safety and data security standards on-site Requirements: 4+ years of experience in network hardware installation and configuration Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and basic routing/switching Hands-on experience with devices from vendors like Cisco, Mikrotik, Juniper, Ubiquiti, etc. Familiarity with network tools (e.g., PuTTY, SecureCRT, Wireshark) Ability to work independently at customer sites Own laptop and toolkit (console cable, screwdrivers, labeler, etc.) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹5,261.00 - ₹5,761.00 per day
