We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automobile Painter with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the automotive painting industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing vehicles to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking Match and mix paint colors accurately based on specifications Apply primers, base coats, and clear coats using spray equipment Inspect finished surfaces and perform touch-ups or corrections as needed Follow safety procedures and proper handling of painting materials Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment Collaborate with technicians and body shop team to ensure timely delivery Requirements: 2 to 5 years of proven experience as an automobile painter Good knowledge of automotive painting tools and techniques Ability to match colors and attention to detail Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced workshop environment Strong commitment to safety, quality, and cleanliness Preferred Skills: Experience with both water-based and solvent-based paint systems Knowledge of automotive surface preparation and repair processes Team-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the company’s range of tiles and sanitary ware products to architects, builders, contractors, retailers, and end-users. NB : Female Candidates are preferred Key Responsibilities : Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory. Meet and engage with builders, contractors, architects, and interior designers to promote products. Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and channel partners. Assist in developing marketing campaigns and strategies to promote brand awareness. Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Coordinate with the sales and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools or internal systems. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth. Key Skills Required : Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of tiles, sanitary ware products, and building materials is an advantage Customer-focused attitude with strong negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools Self-motivated and result-oriented Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
