Helper/Assistant

1. Receiving & Sorting Assist in receiving garments from customers outlet. Sort clothes based on fabric type, color, wash type, and stain level. Check pockets and remove any items left inside garments. Tag and label clothes properly for correct processing. 2. Washing & Processing SupportHelp load and unload washing machines and dryers. Follow instructions given by the washerman/pressman/floor supervisor. Measure and add detergents, softeners, and chemicals as instructed. Ensure delicate garments are separated and handled carefully. 3. Stain Pre-Treatment Assistance Support the stain-removal specialist by preparing garments. Apply basic stain-removal steps under supervision (if trained). 4. Dry Cleaning Assistance.Help prepare garments for dry cleaning cycles. Remove lint, threads, and surface dirt before garments go into the machine. Assist in loading/unloading the dry-cleaning machine. 5. Pressing & Finishing Support.Carry washed garments to the pressing area. Assist the pressman by: Arranging clothes in order Helping with minor finishing like buttoning, folding, or pairing items Hang and steam garments when required. 6. Folding, Packing & Quality CheckFold garments neatly as per company standards. Help with basic quality checks: Missing stains Damaged garments Improper pressing Pack garments in covers, bags, and bundles. 7. Dispatch & Delivery Area AssistanceOrganize processed garments as per invoice numbers. Arrange orders for timely dispatch. Support riders/delivery team in bagging and sorting orders. 8. Housekeeping & MaintenanceKeep the workspace clean and organized. Clean lint traps, machine surroundings, and work tables. Follow hygiene and safety standards. 9. Safety & ComplianceFollow all safety guidelines for using chemicals and machines. Wear required PPE (gloves, mask, apron). Report any machine issues or damages immediately to the supervisor. 10. General ResponsibilitiesAssist wherever required to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork. Follow instructions of the store manager or laundry supervisor. ड्राई क्लीनिंग और लॉन्ड्री हेल्पर – भूमिकाएँ और ज़िम्मेदारियाँ1. रिसीविंग और सॉर्टिंग (Receiving & Sorting)ग्राहकों से कपड़े प्राप्त करने में सहायता करना। कपड़ों को कपड़े के प्रकार, रंग, वॉश टाइप और दाग के अनुसार अलग करना। पॉकेट चेक करना और अंदर रखी चीजें निकालना। कपड़ों को सही लेबल और टैग लगाना। 2. वॉशिंग और प्रोसेसिंग में सहायतावॉशिंग मशीन और ड्रायर को लोड–अनलोड करने में मदद करना। वॉशरमैन/प्रेसमैन/सुपरवाइज़र के निर्देशों का पालन करना। निर्धारित मात्रा में डिटर्जेंट, सॉफ़्नर और केमिकल डालना (निर्देशानुसार)। नाज़ुक कपड़ों को सावधानी से अलग करके रखना। 3. दाग हटाने (Stain Removal) में सहायतादाग हटाने वाले विशेषज्ञ की सहायता करना। प्रशिक्षित होने पर हल्के दाग हटाने के बेसिक स्टेप्स करना। 4. ड्राई क्लीनिंग में सहायताड्राई क्लीनिंग के लिए कपड़ों को तैयार करना। मशीन में डालने से पहले लिंट/धूल/धागे साफ करना। ड्राई क्लीन मशीन को लोड–अनलोड करने में सहायता करना। 5. प्रेसिंग और फिनिशिंग में सहायताधुले कपड़ों को प्रेसिंग एरिया तक पहुँचाना। प्रेसमैन की सहायता करना, जैसे: कपड़ों को क्रम से लगाना बटन बंद करना छोटी–मोटी फिनिशिंग ज़रूरत पड़ने पर कपड़ों को हैंग करना या स्टीमर चलाना। 6. फोल्डिंग, पैकिंग और क्वालिटी चेककपड़ों को साफ-सुथरे तरीके से फोल्ड करना। बेसिक क्वालिटी चेक में सहायता करना: दाग रह गए हों कपड़ा फटा हो प्रेसिंग ठीक से हुई हो कपड़ों की पैकिंग और कवरिंग करना। 7. डिस्पैच और डिलीवरी एरिया में सहायतातैयार कपड़ों को बिल/इनवॉइस के अनुसार व्यवस्थित करना। ऑर्डर को समय पर डिस्पैच के लिए तैयार करना। डिलीवरी टीम को बैगिंग और सॉर्टिंग में सहायता देना। 8. हाउसकीपिंग और सफ़ाईकार्य क्षेत्र को साफ और व्यवस्थित रखना। लिंट ट्रैप, मशीन के आसपास और टेबल साफ करना। हाइजीन और सेफ़्टी स्टैंडर्ड का पालन करना। 9. सेफ़्टी और अनुपालनसभी सेफ़्टी नियमों का पालन करना, खासकर केमिकल और मशीन के उपयोग में। ज़रूरी PPE (दस्ताने, मास्क, एप्रन) पहनना। किसी भी मशीन में समस्या दिखे तो तुरंत सुपरवाइज़र को बताना। 10. सामान्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँकाम की सुचारू प्रक्रिया के लिए जहाँ जरूरत हो वहाँ सहायता करना। समयपालन, अनुशासन और टीमवर्क बनाए रखना। प्रबंधक या सुपरवाइज़र के दिए निर्देशों का पालन करना।
