Job Title: Helper / General Laborer

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Helper to assist our skilled tradespeople and technicians on various projects. The Helper will be responsible for a range of tasks, including preparing work areas, moving materials, cleaning sites, and assisting with basic tasks as instructed. This role is essential for supporting a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist skilled workers, such as welders, fitters, and electricians, with their daily tasks.
Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from the work area.
Prepare and clean work sites by removing debris, trash, and old materials.
Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced workers.
Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Perform other general labor tasks as needed to support project completion.

Qualifications:

No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects.
Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Punctual and reliable.
Basic knowledge of safety procedures is a plus.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
