Job Title: Helper / General Laborer

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Helper to assist our skilled tradespeople and technicians on various projects. The Helper will be responsible for a range of tasks, including preparing work areas, moving materials, cleaning sites, and assisting with basic tasks as instructed. This role is essential for supporting a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled workers, such as welders, fitters, and electricians, with their daily tasks.
• Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from the work area.
• Prepare and clean work sites by removing debris, trash, and old materials.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced workers.
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other general labor tasks as needed to support project completion.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures is a plus.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
