Job Title: Helpdesk Execuitve Job Description: Working for First level Maintenance for ATM Dispatch the First Level Maintenance calls to the concerned Field Engineers(Custodians) to make machine operational. Taking follow-ups on pending calls & closures. Handling all kinds of queries (Customer/Bank), escalation calls etc. To co-ordinate with customers & develop good relations with them. Coordinating E-mails on time to customer and as well as seniors. There will be coordination with the banks team and field team Skills required:- Basic knowledge of Micro-Soft Office (Excel, Word) Effective communication Decision Making Ready to work in pressure Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Shift: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift US shift Work Days: Monday to Friday Weekend availability
