Responsibilities and Duties: · Candidates must have good knowledge of facility management services and must have good communication & problem-solving skills. · Should be able to manage a team of 30 to 45 people (Security, Housekeeping, Gardening, Operators & Technicians), and maintain good rapport with the clients & employees. · Project coordination with vendors, ensure timely project execution within budget & report to the management team · Prioritise work as per the management instructions, follow the SLA & escalation process · Ensure the handover and take-over work activities during shift change over between technicians/BMS and amongst AFMs · Ensure customer compliance is attended to on time by technicians, tickets are closed within SLA · Incident report detailed report with RCA · Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns Supervise the logbooks, checklists, and schedules · Knowledge about DG, Elevator, and STP is added advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Hyderbad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 5 years (Preferred) Facility Manager Technical: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 22/07/2025 Expected Start Date: 26/07/2025
