Helpdesk Associate-Troubleshooting

As a Helpdesk Associate-Troubleshooting at NTT DATA, your role will involve providing L1 technical guidance in activities associated with identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems through Phone, Email, and Chat. You will be expected to act as a liaison between customers and departments within the Client Infrastructure, participating in a supportive role at the associate level. Your responsibilities will include having good troubleshooting knowledge of MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office, and COTS applications, among others. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L1 technical guidance for problem identification, prioritization, and resolution through Phone, Email, & Chat - Act as a liaison between customers and departments within the Client Infrastructure - Demonstrate good troubleshooting knowledge of MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office, and COTS applications Qualifications Required: - Graduate qualification - 6+ months of international calling experience with good communication skills - Ability to work independently and adhere to organizational policies and procedures - Excellent customer handling skills - Comfortable working in rotational shifts - Excellent Verbal Communication skills - Strong communication skills in English and Polish NTT DATA is a $30 billion global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
