Helpdesk Associate - L1 Technical Guidance

As a Helpdesk Associate - L1 Technical Guidance at NTT DATA, your primary responsibility will be to provide L1 technical guidance for the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems through Phone, Email, and Chat. You will be expected to act as a liaison between customers and departments within the Client Infrastructure, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of technical issues. To excel in this role, you must have good communication skills and at least 6+ months of international calling experience. As a Grade-4 Helpdesk Associate, you should be a Graduate with the ability to work independently and adhere to organizational policies and procedures. Excellent customer handling skills are a must, along with the willingness to work in rotational shifts. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues related to MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office, and COTS applications. Therefore, a strong understanding of these technologies is essential to provide effective technical guidance and support to users.
