Helix Administrator

As a Helix Administrator/Developer, you will be instrumental in developing, automating, and optimizing processes using the Helix platform. Your role will involve collaborating with a global team and working across departments to deliver scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Support the development of Helix Knowledge Management and Chatbot. - Develop and maintain workflows to automate tasks and enhance efficiency. - Design, implement, and manage API integrations for supporting various business processes. - Utilize JSON structures for seamless data exchange and integration across systems. - Contribute to the development and improvement of progressive web apps (PWAs). - Apply your knowledge of basic SQL and databases to query, store, and manage data. - Actively engage in global team discussions, offering insights and solutions to business challenges. - Continuously identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation within projects. Qualifications Required: - Graduation with a minimum of 4 years of development experience. - Experience in knowledge management, including governance and data visibility. - Proficiency in training chatbots for prompts and user service responses. - Strong understanding of API calls and integration methods. - Ability to work with JSON structures for data manipulation and transfer. - Experience with automation workflows, particularly in business processes. - Knowledge of progressive web app development or similar technologies. - Familiarity with basic SQL for querying and managing data in databases. - Hands-on experience with O365 Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint). - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and independently in solution development. - Strong work ethic, dedication, and a passion for learning new technologies. - Ability to collaborate effectively with a global team, managing diverse tasks and priorities.,
