B2B Sales Manager (Remote) Food Ingredients for Industrial Clients | Europe, UK, US | English B2+ Hedgehog Foods & Beverages Oy is a Finnish company that develops high-performance ingredient solutions for modern food and cheese manufacturers. Our products are made in certified EU facilities and used in cheese, dairy, sauces, savory spreads, plant-based and other premium food categories across Europe and beyond. We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Manager to join our remote team and grow international B2B sales. This role is not about sending mass emails. It’s about finding the right people, initiating meaningful contact, building interest, and closing deals — with a clear strategy and persistence. Responsibilities: Identify and approach decision-makers in food production companies (procurement, R&D, product development) Lead the sales process from first contact to closing the deal Work with long sales cycles (2–4 months) and adapt communication accordingly Track progress, manage CRM, and collaborate with the internal team on follow-ups and client strategy Requirements: Experience in B2B or export sales (FMCG, SaaS, ingredients, or similar) Native-level Russian and confident English (B2+ or higher) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and deliver results Experience in the food industry or with food manufacturers is a plus We offer: Remote work with a flexible schedule Part-time or full-time format, depending on your availability and performance A chance to work with a fast-growing international business and unique EU-made products Please apply only if you have relevant experience and a genuine interest in B2B sales.
