Role & responsibilities Research potential vendors Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers Establishing professional relationships with the vendors for better pricing and service Maintain updated records of purchase invoices with the payment Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses Travel PAN India for meeting and evaluating the vendor worthiness Good knowledge of hotel brands and geographic locations Carry out operational activities during exhibitions Preferred candidate profile Preferred candidates who have worked in travel desk or actively involved in travel bookings or worked in hotel industry Fast learner and adaptable on different site conditions Good analytical skill, problem solving, communication & negotiation skills Great organizational and planning skills.
