This role functions as the primary contact for healthcare professionals and medical institutions, fostering significant, value-driven relationships that enhance patient outcomes while ethically promoting Hebron Nutrition's nutraceutical portfolio in a compliant and customer-focused manner. Major Accountabilities 1. Drive Competitive Sales Growth - Identify and prioritize high-potential healthcare professionals (HCPs) and institutional stakeholders who influence product recommendations and prescribing decisions. - Actively engage with customers through both in-person and virtual interactions to increase product awareness and market share. - Enhance the customer experience by facilitating clinically relevant and solution-oriented discussions focused on the product advantages and patient outcomes. 2. Engage and Build Relationships - Conduct value-based dialogues to gain insight into the customer challenges, decision-making criteria, and treatment preferences. - Develop personalized engagement plans based on data intelligence, utilizing diverse content and multi-channel communication strategies. - Foster long-term partnerships with key physicians, medical opinion leaders, and healthcare administrators to ensure ongoing collaboration and advocacy. 3. Develop Deep Customer Insights - Collect actionable field insights to comprehend HCP needs, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities. - Disseminate market intelligence to internal teams to support the development of content, marketing initiatives, and strategic product positioning. - Utilize analytical tools to strategically plan and prioritize territory activities for optimal impact and efficiency. 4. Deliver Value to Customers and Patients - Collaborate with medical, marketing, and sales support teams to devise impactful solutions that address unmet clinical and commercial needs. - Act as a trusted partner and scientific resource for healthcare professionals, ensuring ethical, transparent, and compliant interaction - Promote Hebron Nutrition's product portfolio with integrity, scientific credibility, and a patient-centered approach. Key Performance Indicators (This will be established regionally based on the Field Engagement and Performance Management framework developed by Hebron Nutrition.) - Achievement of sales targets and growth rates within the assigned territory. - Acquisition of new accounts within the hospital and practitioner segments. - Frequency and quality of engagements with HCPs. - Metrics related to customer satisfaction and retention. - Adherence to compliance and ethical engagement standards. Minimum Requirements Education:- A Bachelor's degree in Science or Pharmacy (B.Sc. / B.Pharm+ MBA) is mandatory. Work Experience:- - A minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical sales sector. - Demonstrated success in cardiology, diabetology, or hospital-based product lines. - A robust understanding of healthcare networks and hospital procurement systems in North India. Experience in the supplements domain, specifically in the high-priced supplement category. - This role requires engaging with functional medicine practitioners and department HODs Skills:- - Proficiency in account management and territory planning. - Expertise in commercial excellence and product detailing. - Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing capabilities. - Ability to work collaboratively across functions with a focus on compliance. - Proficient analytical and data interpretation skills. - Competence in customer engagement and relationship management.
