Description

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our construction team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operating heavy machinery and will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operations on our job sites.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders on construction sites.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery.
Collaborate with site managers and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Maintain accurate records of machinery usage and maintenance activities.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in operating heavy equipment in construction or similar industries.
Valid Heavy Equipment Operator certification or equivalent qualification.
Proficient in operating various types of heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in equipment operation.
Ability to read blueprints and site plans effectively.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
