As a Senior Sales Manager specializing in Hospital Information Systems (HIS), you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic sales initiatives within healthcare institutions. Your primary focus will be on providing value-driven SaaS solutions that revolutionize hospital operations and enhance patient care management. Requirements 5–8 years of solid experience in B2B sales or strategic partnerships , preferably in: Pharmaceutical sales / Marketing solutions MedTech or HealthTech SaaS CME providers, Digital Marketing agencies, Health Data or Market Research firms working with pharma Proven ability to close high-value enterprise deals and manage long, consultative sales cycles. Must have a ready network of pharma decision-makers and influencers. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills . Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset , who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. Passion for healthcare innovation and digital transformation . Experience in SaaS/platform sales is a strong plus.
