You are invited to join NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde as a Perioperative Healthcare Support Worker for Full-time or Part-time positions at Gartnavel General Hospital. **Role Overview:** As part of an enhanced network of care for orthopaedic patients in Scotland, you will be responsible for providing expert perioperative support, focusing on Orthopaedic theatres and other perioperative specialities including Anaesthetics, Recovery, Scrub, and general Healthcare support. You will play a crucial role in supporting the expanding orthopaedic services at Gartnavel General Hospital. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assessing care needs and developing individual care programs - Implementing and evaluating care programs to ensure high-quality patient care within the perioperative department - Demonstrating flexibility by working as part of an integrated team in a service that operates seven days a week, including out of hours - Collaborating effectively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care **Qualifications Required:** - Experience as a Perioperative Healthcare support worker - Expertise in perioperative skills, especially in Orthopaedic theatres - PVG Scheme Membership/Disclosure Scotland Check for all posts You will have the opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge across a diverse range of cases, guided and supported by the enthusiastic GGC education teams.
