Healthcare Specialist

As a Senior AR Caller at Firstsource Solutions Ltd, your role will involve understanding Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) of US Healthcare Providers. You will be expected to have a good knowledge of Denials and take immediate action to resolve them. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing the work order, following up with insurance carriers for claim status, checking the status of outstanding claims, analyzing claims in case of rejections, and ensuring that deliverables adhere to quality standards.
