Job Title: Marketing Executive – Referral & CGHS Coordination (Part-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Marketing Executive to manage and grow referral business across CGHS, government panels, and Ayurveda doctors in the Delhi NCR region. This is a part-time role ideal for someone with strong networking skills, understanding of healthcare processes, and the ability to guide and assist patients regarding CGHS-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage referral networks with CGHS-approved practitioners, government panel doctors, and Ayurveda doctors across Delhi NCR.
• Coordinate and resolve CGHS-related queries from patients, clinics, and referral partners.
• Guide patients regarding treatment eligibility, documentation, and approval processes under CGHS and government panels.
• Maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and CGHS wellness centres to promote referrals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all CGHS and referral-related communications.
• Conduct regular visits to partner doctors/clinics (as needed) to strengthen partnerships.
• Support the organization in CGHS updates, communication, and process clarifications.
• Maintain records of referrals, patient interactions, and follow-ups..

Skills & Requirements

• Strong understanding of CGHS processes, government panel systems, and healthcare referral networks.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to guide and assist patients with clarity and empathy.
• Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with Ayurveda or healthcare industry (preferred).
• Based in Delhi NCR with local travel flexibility.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple queries efficiently.
• Basic computer skills (calls, emails, documentation, follow-up tracking).
