As a Healthcare Consulting Associate in HR Talent & Culture at Huron, you will have the opportunity to: - Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources subject matter and operations. - Collaborate with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions by leveraging proven methodologies and best practices. - Apply critical thinking skills in data collection and complex analysis to identify data gaps and risks, develop sound conclusions, and create implementable, sustainable recommendations for improvement. - Summarize information effectively and present findings and recommendations to varying levels of Huron and client leadership. - Provide direct supervision of junior project team members, offering coaching, mentorship, leading teams, and providing feedback through performance management. - Deliver tailored solutions to meet each client's unique needs, enhancing impact and accessibility across healthcare services. Requirements for this role include: - Bachelor's degree. - Minimum of three years of consulting, Human Resources, or healthcare Human Resources operations experience. - Understanding of Total Rewards programs and industry practice, including compensation, absence management, and benefits. - Knowledge of Human Resources operating models and key business processes. - Understanding of talent acquisition processes and strategies. - Familiarity with interpreting labor law verbiage. - Experience in team leadership, including building talent, training, supervising, coaching/mentoring, and performance management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). - Ability to travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs, with the current average travel in the Healthcare practice being less than 50% annually. Preferences for this position include experience in a matrixed organization or cross-functional team environment.
