Plan, direct, and coordinate medical and administrative services within the healthcare facility.
Develop and manage employee work schedules, including recruitment and training of staff.
Oversee budgeting, financial management, and expense tracking to ensure cost-efficiency.
Maintain and secure patient and employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations, including state and federal policies.
Facilitate communication and coordination among healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and therapists.
Monitor medical and office supplies and equipment inventory.
Lead efforts to improve operational efficiency and quality of patient care.
Respond to inquiries and liaise internally and externally to support facility operations.
Manage payroll and prepare financial and operational reports.
