Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Relationship Manager located in Jaipur. The Health Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing them with guidance on health insurance products, assisting in claim settlement processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service. The role involves coordinating with various departments, conducting regular client meetings, and proactively addressing any client concerns or queries.

Key Requirements

• 6–12 years of experience in total preferred Insurance Industry.
• Min. 3 years in product management & hospital relationship management
• Strong exposure to health insurance operations & provider network management
• Excellent in stakeholder management & service delivery
