Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health Fitness Specialist located in Chennai. The Health Fitness Specialist will be responsible for conducting group exercise sessions, promoting health and wellness, applying exercise physiology principles, providing customer service, and managing activities within the fitness center. The specialist will work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized fitness plans and monitor their progress.

Qualifications

• Skills in Group Exercise and Health Promotion
• Knowledge of Exercise Physiology
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience in managing a Fitness Center
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
• Certification in Personal Training or Group Fitness is a plus
