Health Coach / Nutritionist - Ayurveda - Antara (Max Group) || Gurgaon

Role Overview: 

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Health Coach / Nutritionist to join our Integrated Wellness Center. The role involves designing personalized nutrition and lifestyle plans based on the concept of integrated medicine, conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, and working closely with doctors and therapists to deliver holistic care programs. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in nutrition with motivational coaching to help clients achieve sustainable lifestyle and wellness goals.

2.Key Responsibilities:

Nutrition & Lifestyle Planning

• Assess client health status, dietary habits, and wellness goals.
• Develop personalized diet charts and nutrition plans aligned with medical conditions and recommendations from the treating doctor.
• Provide lifestyle modification strategies for weight management, chronic disease conditions, metabolic disorders, and preventive health.
• Monitor progress and adjust diet plans based on results and follow-ups.

Coaching & Client Engagement

• Conduct one-on-one and group health coaching sessions.
• Educate clients on healthy eating, portion control, hydration, and balanced nutrition.
• Provide motivation, support, and accountability to ensure adherence to wellness programs.
• Organize nutrition workshops, wellness talks, and preventive health campaigns.

Collaboration with Clinical Team

• Work closely with internal medicine doctors, physiotherapists, yoga instructors, and Ayurveda therapists to deliver integrated care.
• Provide nutrition input for wellness packages and specialized programs (e.g., diabetes management, detox programs).
• Track and share clinical outcomes related to diet and lifestyle changes.

Operational Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed client nutrition records and progress notes in the health app
• Contribute to development of wellness centers service offerings (diet packages, digital diet charts in the app).
• Stay updated with latest trends in clinical nutrition, functional foods, and preventive health.

3.Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Health Coaching.
• Certification as a Health Coach (ACE, ISSA, IIN, or equivalent) is desirable.
• 2–5 years of experience in clinical nutrition, wellness centers, or health coaching.
• Familiarity with holistic and integrative health approaches (yoga, Ayurveda, functional medicine) is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and preventive health.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and motivational skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with wellness apps, diet-tracking tools, and digital consultations.
• Empathetic, patient-centric, and solution-oriented approach.

5.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Client adherence to diet and lifestyle plans.
• Measurable health improvements (weight, BMI, blood sugar, cholesterol, etc.).
• Client satisfaction and repeat engagement.
• Contribution to package adoption and integrated wellness outcomes.
• Number of successful workshops/educational sessions conducted.
