Help with mobility and physical activities, including walking, exercising, or transferring from bed to wheelchair. Prepare and serve nutritious meals and assist with feeding if needed. Administer medications as prescribed (if certified) and monitor for side effects or changes in health. Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and social engagement. Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishwashing, and cleaning. Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social outings when required. Monitor and report any changes in the client's health, behavior, or environment to family members or medical professionals. Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans and safety protocols. Ensure the client's living space is safe, clean, and organized.
