About the Role: Health Care Executive - For taking calls and assisting with appointment booking and providing necessary information about our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls.
• Provide service details & assist patients with inquiries.
• Schedule appointments & update patient records.
• Ensure professional communication & follow-ups.

Language Requirement

• English (mandatory).
• Kannada, Hindi and other languages preferred.
• Knowledge of 2+ languages will be an added advantage.

Key Qualities:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage high call volumes & multitask.
• Healthcare specifically mental health knowledge is a plus.
• 1+ year experience in similar sector would be given preference.

Minimum: High school diploma (higher preferred).
