Key Responsibilities : · Assist in the preparation of food items, following standard recipes and guidelines. · Support in managing kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, portioning, and presentation. · Maintain the cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. · Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders from the kitchen. · Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages. · Help with receiving and proper storage of deliveries. · Participate in maintaining the kitchen’s overall sanitation and hygiene, including cleaning kitchen tools and equipment. · Assist in waste management and ensure minimal food wastage. · Collaborate with the team to improve kitchen processes and maintain a smooth workflow.
