Your main role is to guide clients through insurance options and help them make informed decisions to protect their future. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients through your personal network including friends, relatives, neighbors, and your own contacts. Maintain and grow a database of prospective leads. Client Consultation & Sales: Meet with clients to understand their financial needs and explain suitable insurance plans. Clearly communicate the importance of health insurance and term life insurance in safeguarding against medical emergencies, accidents, and unexpected life events. Customize insurance solutions based on each client’s individual needs and budget. Build trust and long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Policy Management: Assist clients with documentation and application processing. Follow up on leads, track renewals, and provide support for claim settlements when needed. Awareness & Education: Conduct small group presentations or one-on-one discussions to educate clients on the benefits of insurance. Stay updated on insurance products, policy changes, and market trends. Requirements: Prior experience in insurance or sales is an advantage, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Basic understanding of life and health insurance products (training will be provided). Strong ethics and a genuine desire to help people secure their financial future.

Key Responsibilities: Property Sourcing: Identify and secure listings for properties available for sale, rent, or purchase. Build and maintain a database of property owners, developers, and landlords. Client Interaction & Sales: Conduct property viewings with potential clients. Pitch suitable properties based on client requirements and preferences. Negotiate deals and close sales and rental agreements. Provide excellent after-sales support to maintain client satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Marketing & Promotion: Create high-quality video tours and short promotional videos of properties. Upload and promote videos and property listings on Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and generate leads. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with current market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
