Key Responsibilities Strategic Support: Partner closely with the Management to manage schedules, priorities, and institutional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Operational Rigour : Proactively identify key deliverables (reports, projects, timelines) across schools and Head Office, monitor progress, and ensure accountability for timely execution. Stakeholder Coordination : Act as the communication bridge between the Chairman, Directors, Principals, and Head Office departments to drive cross-functional alignment. Planning & Organization : Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including calendar management, management meetings, documentation, and structured follow-ups. Documentation & MIS : Prepare, review, and circulate minutes, reports, and performance dashboards, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and actionability. Recruitment & HR Support : Assist in screening and recruitment processes for senior staff, ensuring quality talent acquisition. Travel & Logistics : Manage travel itineraries, hotel reservations, and event schedules with precision and cost-effectiveness. Skills & Competencies Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to engage confidently across senior stakeholders. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational ability with a proactive, solution-driven mindset. Skilled at enforcing operational discipline, driving accountability, and ensuring deliverables are met on time. Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with ERP/MIS systems. Demonstrated track record of supporting leadership roles with reliability and attention to detail.
