Role Overview: As a Headmistress at Royal Public School, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily academic and administrative operations of the HIGH school comprising classes 8-10. You will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to quality standards in education, curriculum design and evaluation, teacher mentorship, effective communication with staff and parents, and fostering a positive learning environment. Additionally, promoting the professional growth of school staff and maintaining overall compliance with educational guidelines and policies will be key aspects of your role.
