Header Machine Operator

• Operate and maintain the screws heading machine efficiently
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed to ensure smooth production
• Conduct regular quality checks to guarantee screws meet required standards
• Use hand tools for minor adjustments or finishing tasks
• Report and address any production issues or machine malfunctions promptly
• Proven ability and experience to operate and manage factory machinery 02 Years
• Experience with quality control processes in a manufacture
• Strong focus on detail to catch defects or machine issues
• Excellent communication skills for clear coordination with the team
• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent
• डाई टूल्स सेट करना - फिक्सिंग - आवश्यकताओं की जाँच करना
• उत्पादन शुरू करना - नमूने लेना, लंबाई और व्यास की पुनः जाँच करना।
• उत्पादन रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करना - लंबाई बोरिंग शेपिंग मशीन बदलना। डिग्री करने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।
• Lunch facility and 2 times tea.
• Transportation OR Residence Facility from Rajkot.
