As a leader in this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping Plums insurer and TPA ecosystem. Your primary responsibilities will involve co-owning product development, enabling business growth through partnerships, and acting as the bridge between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment, innovation, and delivery across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: - Design, rollout, and scale EB insurance products in collaboration with business teams. - Own the portfolio performance and establish feedback loops between internal teams and partners for quick iteration. - Drive improvements in onboarding, servicing, claims, and renewals through structured problem-solving and product design. - Assist business teams in structuring and negotiating large deals. - Track and report key partnership and portfolio performance metrics to the leadership. Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of experience in employee benefits pricing/placements. - Proven success in owning portfolio performance, driving joint outcomes with business teams, and influencing senior stakeholders. - Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving abilities with a track record of delivering measurable business impact. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams and external partners.
