Position: Head Tool Room Exp: 20+ years Location: Bangalore Job Description: Extensive hands-on experience in Tool Room operations, including the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of tools. Demonstrated success in developing over 500 tools annually. Specialized expertise in Press Tools, Progressive Tools, and various sheet metal tooling solutions. Comprehensive knowledge in the design and development of new tools. Skilled in tool maintenance to ensure high performance and minimal downtime. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a proven ability to mentor and guide team members effectively. Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and coordination. Proficient in project management, ensuring timely completion of tool development and maintenance activities in line with project goals and deadlines.
