You will be joining a Japanese Restaurant Chain in Noida as a full-time Head of Purchase & Supply Chain. Your primary responsibilities will include managing purchasing processes, negotiating with suppliers, overseeing procurement activities, and efficiently handling supply chain management operations on a daily basis. To excel in this role, you must possess expertise in purchasing processes and procurement, strong supplier negotiation skills, and efficient supply chain management capabilities. Your role will also require you to leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize operations. Effective communication and negotiation abilities are essential in this position. Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a must for this role. Additionally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field to be considered for this position.
