Head of User Experience

As a User Experience Head at the esteemed client in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in leading and guiding the company's UX design strategy to ensure a seamless and innovative user experience across all digital products and platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Championing UX best practices and user research processes to influence product and design decisions. - Leading the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring high creativity and usability standards. - Collaborating with developers to accurately implement designs while maintaining design integrity. - Staying updated on the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring new ideas into the design process. - Continuously monitoring user experience performance, iterating on designs to enhance usability and user satisfaction. - Leading the creation and implementation of UX KPIs and regularly reporting on the impact of UX work. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 20 years of total experience, starting as a UX/UI developer and progressing to a leadership role. - Over 8 years of experience in UX/UI design and at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced product or technology-driven environment. - Proven track record of leading and growing UX design teams to develop successful digital products. - Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a team of designers and cross-functional teams. - Experience working in an agile or lean product development environment.,
