Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and education-passionate professional to lead and grow our sales and marketing operations across India and the UAE/GCC region. The role requires strong ownership mindset, target achievement capability, and proven experience in education sales, digital marketing, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end sales and marketing strategy for education services (CBSE, IGCSE, online School)
• Drive student admissions, partnerships, and revenue growth across India and GCC
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media lead generation
• Manage and scale social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google)
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets with accountability
• Build relationships with parents, schools, institutions, and partners
• Monitor performance metrics, leads, conversions, and ROI
• Represent the organisation as owner-level head with strategic decision-making authority

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent in Hindi (mandatory); English required
• Experience in India and UAE/GCC education market
• Strong background in sales, marketing, and admissions
• Hands-on social media marketing experience (paid & organic)
• Target-oriented with proven achievement record
• Passion for education and student success
• Leadership mindset with ownership responsibility

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in schools, tuition centres, or ed-tech organisations
• Knowledge of CBSE, IGCSE, British or International curricula
• Ability to work independently and build systems from scratch

Compensation:

Competitive salary + performance-based incentives (details discussed during meeting )

Pay: ₹10,603.73 - ₹25,400.60 per month
